Terms of Service

This terms list covers the DEX RP CAD website and Discord bot.

1. Acceptance

By using DEX RP CAD, the website, dashboard, Discord bot, or related community tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Roleplay Use Only

DEX RP CAD is built for fictional roleplay communities. CAD calls, warrants, medical notes, police reports, civilian records, firearms, vehicles, and dispatch tools are not real emergency, legal, law enforcement, or medical systems.

3. Accounts and Access

Login is handled through Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Community owners and appointed staff may remove or ban members from their community at their discretion.

4. Community Content

Users and community staff are responsible for the content they create, including names, reports, notes, records, calls, and uploaded or entered information. Do not use the service to harass others, impersonate real people, publish private information, or store illegal content.

5. Discord Bot

The Discord bot may read command inputs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and related configuration needed to provide bot features. Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community.

6. CAD Data

Community CAD data is stored so the website and Discord bot can provide features such as departments, calls, civilians, vehicles, firearms, reports, warrants, invites, and member management. Community owners should only collect information appropriate for fictional roleplay use.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use AI to help review or summarize fictional roleplay content. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by community staff. AI-assisted warrant review is for roleplay only and is not legal advice.

8. Availability

The service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for roleplay interruptions, lost access, server configuration issues, or third-party outages.

9. Payments and Future Plans

Payment features may be added later. Until payment features are officially launched, no paid subscription, premium plan, or billing promise is created by these Terms.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service grows. Continued use of the website or Discord bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
