1. Roleplay Service

Dex Roleplay CAD is built for fictional roleplay communities. Information entered into the CAD, website, dashboard, or Discord bot should only be fictional roleplay information. It is not a real emergency, legal, law enforcement, or medical system.

2. Data Storage

Dex Roleplay CAD stores user, community, CAD, and bot data in Supabase. Supabase is used as the hosted database provider so community data can persist across website updates, bot restarts, and deployments.

3. Information We Collect

When you use Dex Roleplay CAD, we may collect information needed to operate the service, including your Discord user ID, username, avatar, server ID, channel IDs, role IDs, and related Discord configuration.

4. CAD and Community Data

We store CAD and community data created by users and staff. This may include communities, members, departments, roles, permissions, invites, bans, callsigns, duty sessions, CAD calls, civilian records, vehicles, firearms, warrants, licenses, legal actions, police reports, medical roleplay records, notifications, and community settings.

5. User-Created Content

Users and community staff are responsible for the content they enter. This may include names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, notes, reports, call details, vehicle plates, firearm serial numbers, medical notes, and other fictional roleplay records. Do not enter real private information unless you have permission and it is appropriate for your community.

6. Discord Bot Data

The Discord bot may read command inputs, message content needed for bot features, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, member data, and configuration settings. This data is used to run bot commands, connect Discord servers to CAD communities, manage members, create logs, send alerts, and support CAD features.

7. How We Use Data

We use stored data to provide Discord login, dashboard access, community management, CAD records, Discord bot commands, department permissions, roleplay calls, reports, warrants, notifications, server configuration, moderation tools, and other service features.

8. Sessions and Login

Dex Roleplay CAD uses Discord login to identify users. Session data may be stored so users can stay signed in while using the website and dashboard.

9. Notifications

If browser push notifications are enabled, Dex Roleplay CAD may store push subscription data, including the browser notification endpoint. This is used to send CAD alerts, service notifications, and community updates. Users can disable browser notifications through their browser settings.

10. AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use AI to review or summarize fictional roleplay content, such as warrant review. AI output may be stored with the related roleplay record. AI results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by community staff. AI output is not legal, medical, law enforcement, or emergency advice.

11. Who Can See Community Data

Community data may be visible to the community owner, appointed staff, department members, or users with the correct permissions. Access depends on the community’s settings, roles, department permissions, and enabled features.

12. Third-Party Services

Dex Roleplay CAD uses third-party services to operate. These may include Discord for login and bot features, Supabase for database storage, hosting providers for running the website and bot, browser push notification services, and AI providers if AI-assisted features are enabled.

13. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data is only shared with third-party services when needed to operate Dex Roleplay CAD, provide requested features, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

14. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Users are responsible for keeping their Discord accounts secure. Community owners are responsible for managing staff access and permissions carefully.

15. Data Deletion

Community owners and staff may delete or manage certain records through the dashboard when those tools are available. Users may request removal of account or community-related data by contacting the Dex Roleplay CAD owner or support team through the official Discord/community support channel.

16. Children and Community Rules

Dex Roleplay CAD is intended for Discord-based roleplay communities. Community owners are responsible for making sure their members follow Discord’s rules, community rules, and any age requirements that apply to their server.

17. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Dex Roleplay CAD grows or adds new features. Continued use of the website, dashboard, Discord bot, or related tools after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
